Lesley Richards

My background includes helping older people stay in the community independently, by providing support in the home. I get a great deal of satisfaction helping vulnerable adults in the local community, particularly as it kindles happiness and friendships. My experience includes supporting clients living with dementia and other life limiting conditions. I love being part of a team and making people happy.
